INSTALLATION
Machine installation is performed by

4.1.T
RASPORTO E MOVIMENTAZIONE
Transport and handling shall be carried out by qualified personnel.
Hoist and move the machine so as to avoid damage to its parts:
-
make sure that all safety guards and doors are closed and fixed;
-
the machine must be transported as positioned for installation;
-
before the transport the non varnished parts must be greased so as to avoid wear and tear;
-
protect the machine from impacts during transport.
Be extremely careful in lifting, moving, transporting the machine
The devices used to lift-move-transport the machine must be capable to do the
duty with no risk for persons and things
The ropes and/or chains used to lift and/or handle the machine must be strong
and robust enough compared to the total mass to be lifted
None must be stay closer to 5meters respect to the machine while lifting-moving
operation.
The GUARANTEE does NOT cover damages to the machine caused during
transport or handling.
Repair works or replacements of damaged parts are
at the customer’s
expense.
Check the integrity of the packaging when you receive the machine.
It is very important to avoid having the machine tilted and/or turned over when it
is moved/transported.
Follow all possible precautions during moving and transporting operations;
avoid damages and dangers to persons, machine and things.
UNIVER 50 machines for condensation drainage are delivered fully greased and wrapped in
heat-shrink nylon. The robust form and design of the machine guarantee that it can be
transported and stored safely and without damage. The machine can be lifted by means of a
fork-lift truck, inserting the prongs at the points indicated on the machine packaging. If the
machine is packed in a wooden box or crate, the position for inserting the truck prongs will be
marked on the crate.
