IMITS OF USE
ATTENTION
Any use of the machine beyond the one expected and declared by the
manufacturer in the handbook and in the advertising brochure is to be
considered as improper.
PERTICI INDUSTRIES S.r.l. declines any responsibility in case that the operator
should not attend to the indication requested by the manufacturer.
2.9.1.R
ECOMENDED USE
The UNIVER 50 single mitre saw can be used inside industrial environment only for cutting
plastic made profiles, mainly PVC and assimilable materials, and light alloy made profiles.
To use the machine for CUTTING LIGHT ALLOY MADE PROFILES, it is
mandatory LUBRICATE blades using the lubrication system.
To use the machine for CUTTING PVC MADE PROFILES (or other assimilable
materials), it is mandatory TO NOT LUBRICATE blades and TURN OFF the
lubrication system.
All the operations for setting-up, working and maintaining the mchine must be
performed by qualified personnel only and/or personnel authorized by PERTICI
INDUSTRIES S.r.l. only.

The machine has been designed and built to be used by ONE OPERATOR ONLY.
2.9.3. E
NVIRONMENT DATA AND LIGHTING
The machine has been projected and built to be used inside industrial
environment. In case of any use in other kind of environment, PERTICI
INDUSTRIES S.r.l.
disclaims each responsibility'
It must be installed inside an illuminated, ventilated and closed industrial building having a solid
and levelled floor.

The LIGHTING of the premises must comply with the law in force in the Country where the
machine has been installed. Lighting must grant complete visibility, avoid dangerous reflections,
permit reading of the control panels and individuation of the emergency push buttons and must
not interfere with other devices eventually installed on the machine.
