MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Welding Equipment Department of E.O. Electrical Welding Institute. PATON
guarantees the
correct operation of the power source on condition that the user meets the operating, storage and
transport conditions.
ATTENTION!
Warranty obligations are cancelled in case of mechanical
damage to the device!
The basic warranty on the ADI 200 PAC series digital inverter welders is given for 3 years. The
basic warranty period starts from the date of sale to the final purchaser
.
During the basic warranty period, the vendor undertakes to perform the following actions for the
owner of
PATON™
brand equipment free of charge:
1.
Perform diagnostics and detect the causes of the failure;
2.
Provide the necessary components for the repair of the welding equipment;
3.
Perform work on replacing defective components and parts;
4.
Test the repaired device.
The basic warranty obligations do not cover the equipment:
1.
Which has mechanical damage affecting the operation of the device (e.g. deformation of the
housing or parts of the device due to a fall from height, the fall of a heavy object on the
device, damage to controls or connectors);
2.
Which has traces of the corrosion that caused the malfunction;
3.
Which have been damaged due to the influence of high humidity on power and electronics
components;
4.
Which have been damaged due to the accumulation of conductive dust (coal dust, metal
chips, etc.) inside.
5.
If you try to repair its knots and/or replace electronic parts yourself;
Depending on the operating conditions, it is recommended
to clean the internal components with
compressed air once every six months to avoid faults. The housing of the unit must be removed
beforehand. Clean the unit carefully, holding the compressor hose at a sufficient distance to avoid
damaging the connections of electrical components and mechanical assemblies.
The basic warranty obligations do not apply
to the replacement of the components of the welding
equipment which are subject to operation and are exposed to physical contact. Claims concerning the
following elements are accepted no later than two weeks after the date of sale:
1.
On/Off button
2.
Welding parameters adjustment button
3.
Sockets for cable connection
4.
Power cable and plug
5.
Shoulder strap, box, plastic suitcase
6.
Electrode holder, ground terminal, welding cables and holders.
