no frames are being received:

– Check the attached device.

– Verify that the LMI Protocol

A Loss of Signal (LOS)
condition is detected on the
leased line BRI S/T network
interface when it is not
transmitting INFO3 or
receiving INFO4.

Network cable problem.

No signal is being
transmitted at the far-end
