Click the printer with the right mouse button.

Properties

Ports
tab.

[Add Port...]

Local Port
for the printer port, and click
[New Port...]
.

Enter the complete network path to the printer (\\server name\printer name).

[OK]

NOTE:
• You can confirm the path to the printer by the following directions.
(1) Double click the
Network Neighborhood
icon (for Windows NT 4.0) or
My Network
Places
icon (for Windows 2000), or click
start
and click
My Network Places
(for Windows XP).
(2) Double click the server connecting to the printer.
