Continuation Function
●
The call can be extended up to two times.
The maximum calling time including extended
time is approximately 3 minutes.
The TALK button starts flashing again
after approximately 1 minute and
50 seconds you start the call.
When talking with the building manager room (without video capability)

The unit entrance is unlocked, the UNLOCK
button turns off for approximately 2 seconds,
and then it starts to flash in green again.

The call automatically ends approximately
5 seconds after pressing the UNLOCK button,
and then the UNLOCK button and the
TALK button turn off.

You can lock and unlock the unit entrance if the electronic lock system installed in your unit is connected to
the condominium HA system.

The call is not automatically terminated
while the unit entrance is unlocked even

Receiving a Call
(For call sub-base unit)
You can extend the call time when you are talking with the main entrance, unit entrance, building
manager room (with video capability), or other unit and want to extend the time to 1 minute or more.
Use the Continuation function to extend the call up to 3 minutes.
(Normally, the call ends automatically after approximately 1 minute.)
Press the TALK button when the
"beep, beep" sound plays and the
TALK button flashes

The TALK button starts flashing approximately
50 seconds after the call starts. You can talk
for an additional minute after the initial minute
finishes.

A "beep, beep" sound plays approximately 3 minutes and 50 seconds after the call starts and the TALK
button starts flashing. Press the TALK button during the call to continue. You can talk for an additional 3
minutes after the initial 4 minutes are finished. (The TALK button starts flashing again approximately 6
minutes and 50 seconds after you start the call.)

Use this function when you are out or away from home. If the Not-home function is set and the
base unit receives a call, the call sound rings, then the Not-home message ( page 103) plays,
and the visitor's voice is automatically recorded. ( page 27) (A video of the visitor is also
recorded when using a base unit with sound and video recording function.)
Configure the Not-home setting with the Living mode when using the "Absence/Sleeping/
Home" switching function with that mode. ( Page 85)
