An example of an alarm input and the resulting alarm acti-
vation is given below.
[Basic setup]
• Alarm Input #1 is to activate the Group Sequence (G-
Seq #1) as alarm action #0. The Group Sequence has
priority 12.
• The monitors assigned to run the sequence are moni-
tors #1, #2, #3 and #4.
• The target monitor is monitor #5. It displays the images
in hold mode.
• Monitor #5 displays the images of camera #5 in spot
mode.
[Operations]
1. Alarm #1 is activated.
2. Monitor #5 displays the alarm indication "ALMA1-0" to
indicate that alarm #1 is activated (Fig.).
3. The Group sequence (G-Seq #1) runs on monitors #1,
#2, #3 and #4 with the lowest priority (Fig.).
4. Reset alarm #1 by selecting it and pressing the
[ALARM]
button followed by the
[RESET]
button.
This will turn off the alarm indication on monitor #5. The
sequence (G-Seq #1) continues running on the moni-
tors.
5. To stop the sequence on the monitors, select one of the
monitors by pressing the
[MONITOR]
button, then
press the
[STOP]
button.
