7. DIAG-MENU DISPLAY
The DIAG-MENU is the menu for investigating the status of the VTR, and it has the indicated information.
• Hour meter display (HOUR METER information)
• Software (Microcomputer) version display (SOFT VERSION information)
• DIF status and UID display (This information only displayed, when IEEE1394 IF Board (AJ-YAD120AG) has
been installed.
• PLD version display (PLD VERSION information)
7-1. DIAG-MENU Operation Method
1. Press the “EJECT” button on the Front Panel and simultaneously set the “LOCAL/MENU/REMOTE” switch
on the Front Panel to the “MENU” position so that the “HOURS METER” displays on the monitor and Front
Display.
2. Press the “SEARCH” button so that the “SOFT VERSION” displays on the monitor TV and Front Panel.
3. Press the “SEARCH” button so that the “DIF STATUS” and “UID Number” are displayed on the monitor
and Front Display.
4. Press the “SEARCH” button again then the display changes to the “HOURS METER” display.
5. The Diag Menu is closed by setting the “LOCAL/MENU/REMOTE” switch to the “LOCAL” or “REMOTE” .
