7-2. PLD Version Display
1. Turn on the VTR power.
2. Press
the “EJECT” and “STOP” buttons, and simultaneously set the “LOCAL/MENU/REMOTE” to the
“MENU” position.
3. Press the “SEARCH” Button in order to change to the “PLD VERSION” display.
4. When the “LOCAL/MENU/REMOTE” switch is set to the “LOCAL2 or “REMOTE” , the VTR returns to the
normal screen and display.

7-3. Hours Meter Reset Procedure
1. Press the “EJECT” button on the Front Panel and simultaneously set the “LOCAL/MENU/REMOTE” switch on
the Front Panel to the “MENU” position so that the “HOURS METER” displays on the monitor TV and Front
Display.
2. The hours meter displays as shown below and then move the cursor (*) to the item with “r” to be reset.
3. Press the “Reset” button on the Front Panel so that the display changes as shown below.
4. When confirming the message
“* * * * * *r OK?” , press the “PLAY” button on the Front Panel, the data (***H)
for the item where the cursor is located will be reset.
5. When the “LOCAL/MENU/REMOTE” switch is set to the position except the “MENU” , the VTR returns to the
normal screen and display.
