65 – Error Code
Explanation: Water Control Valve malfunction Diagnostic Checks:
•
Water Control Valve
WATER CONTROL VALVE DIAGNOSTICS:
Turn power OFF. Remove 3 screws for Control Board
mounting bracket. Remove connectors “M”; “T” &
“G”. Pull Control Board out of way to access Water
Control Valve.
Turn power OFF. Remove and reinsert connector “C”
on Control Board. Attempt to operate unit again. IF
65 Error Code does NOT display, unit had a loose
connection.

Visually inspect Water Control Valve
wiring harness for loose or damaged
terminals. It is located right of the
Blower Motor; connected directly to
the water inlet. Reassemble unit and
continue to diagnostic chart on next
page.
