Lift platform off the ground
(platform tilts into the horizontal operating position that was stored when it
was opened)
Fault Possible cause Remedy
Platform does not tilt into the
horizontal operating position
when operated via foot con-
trols
The foot controls were actu-
ated too fast (shorter than
1 s) or too slow (longer than
3 s) after each other
Release both foot controls,
wait a few seconds, and re-
peat procedure
Foot control defective
Disconnect plug connection
in the platform, check foot
controls with continuity tes-
ter
Cable no. 2 to platform defec-
tive
Actuate both foot controls
and check the voltage at
plugs J 3/6 and J 3/5 on the
PC board using a test lamp
When being lifted, the plat-
form does not tilt to its hori-
zontal position or tilts be-
yond the pre-set position
Tilt sensor b15 defective Replace
Platform does not tilt into the
horizontal operating position
but is lifted
Output J43/90, J1/12, JK or
JK does not deliver output
signal
Use test lamp to check ac-
cording to circuit diagram
Motor contactor -K3 is defec-
tive
Check motor contactor
Platform does not tilt into the
horizontal operating position,
but is lifted, optical indicator
in driver's cab flashes rapidly
