LD-250 Rear HAPS Sensor Cable Routing Into the Chassis
Route the cable as follows, fastening it to cable mounts with zip ties and leaving no
slack in the cable.

Behind the drive assembly, close to the chassis.

Over the caster mount.

Behind the drive motor.
D
Along the underside of the payload bay, close to the chassis (D).
Important
: Place a self-adhesive cable tie mount in the center of this run to
prevent the cable from sagging.

Into the back of the speaker mount.
F
Pass each RS232 connector (one at a time) through the oval hole in the side
of the chassis.
10. (Dual Only) Pass the connectors up through the oval slot in the payload bay [(A) in Fig-
ure 9-17].
11. (Dual Only) Connect the rear sensor's DB9 plug to port
RS-232-2
on the upper front of
the LD-250 Core [(C) in Figure 9-17].
12. (Dual Only) Connect the rear sensor Molex Mini-fit power plug to the other branch of
the power splitter cable [(D) in Figure 9-17].
To Reassemble the LD-250:
1. Reconnect the wires to the speaker assembly shown in Figure 9-11. (Terminals are sized
to prevent incorrect connection). Place the assembly in the mount.
