Checking Height Differences
The following operations are possible with the K3TS:
•
Using two displacement sensors, the difference in the level of an object sur-
face can be measured by setting operating parameter to A -- B.
•
With the forced zero function, the difference in the level of an object surface
can be compared with that of a standard object.

This method can be applied to an ordinary dimensional checking operation.
By measuring the distance between the upper surface of the object and the
belt conveyor, the dimension of the object will be measured accurately even
if the belt is not evenly flat.
