Making One-sided Copies from Two-sided Originals

This function automatically turns over two-sided originals placed in the feeder
(option) and copies each side onto a separate sheet of paper.
IMPORTANT

This function is available only when the Feeder (option) is attached.

Place the originals in the feeder; then press [Two-sided
Mode].
IMPORTANT
.
•
Always place originals with a horizontal orientation, such as LTRR, horizontally in
the feeder (option). Placing horizontal originals vertically in the feeder will produce
copies with the top-bottom orientation reversed on both the front and back.
NOTE

When Auto Sort is set to <On>, the Sort mode is automatically specified when you
place the originals in the feeder (option). (See Chapter 2, “Customizing Settings to
Your Needs,” in the Reference Guide.)
