Press (Start).
Copying starts.
If the originals are fed through the feeder (option), the output copies will
automatically be stapled together when the Copy job completes.
If the originals are placed on the platen glass for copying and the staple-sort
function is specified, you will have to press
(Stapling Start/Stop) after
copying is complete to staple the output copies together.
IMPORTANT
.
•
Stapling is not possible if (Stapling Start/Stop) is not lit.
•
If the (Load staples) indicator is lit, the stapler sorter (option) is out of staples.
Replace the staple case according to instructions in Chapter 5, “Handling Options,”
in the Reference Guide.
NOTE

•
To cancel the setting, press [Sorter]
➔
[Cancel].
•
To restore the copier’s settings to the standard copy settings, press (Reset).
