Job management
The system helps the operator to be as productive as possible by:

productive job preparation
■
productive processing of jobs
■
input tray chaining
■
output tray linking.
In the context of job management, the term preparation means not only defining the
settings, but also importing information into the system.
Basic job types are:
■
automatic print job (= AP job: the job is sent by the controller and executed
immediately)
■
interactive print job (= IP job: the job is sent by the controller to the mailbox or
job queue).
