Place ham on 1-inch rack, fat side down.
Add half can of cola to cover ham.
Cook at 375 degrees for 10 minutes per
pound. For frozen ham, cook for 12-14
minutes per pound. Add brown sugar for
last 15 minutes of cooking. Pat sugar on
ham and add rest of cola. Pour slowly.
Bake ham for 15 minutes. Let rest with
dome lid on for 5 minutes.
Pork in Mole Sauce
1 (4-6 ounce) pork chop or cutlet,
1/2-inch thick
2 tablespoons mole sauce*
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Spread mole sauce over surface of pork
and sprinkle on seeds. Place on 3-inch
rack and cook at 375 degrees for 3-4
minutes. Turn over and cook for another
3-4 minutes or until juices run clear.

*Mole sauce is available in Mexican food
stores and provides an interesting flair
for pork and chicken recipes.
Baked Ham in Cola
10-pound ham with bone in
1 can cola
1 cup brown sugar
Tip:
For more flavor, use bone-in ham.
Bone can be also used to make soup.
Pork
Tip: Place baked potatoes on 2-inch rack*
while cooking your ribs. Medium potatoes
will be done when ribs are finished
cooking.

Glazed Spare Ribs
1 pork spare ribs, cut into pieces
that will fit on 1-inch rack
1 cup melted orange marmalade
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Season with salt and pepper
Melt marmalade and add mustard,
lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
Baste ribs. Place on the 1-inch rack and
cook on sear for 5 minutes per side.
Then cook at 375 degrees for 8-10
minutes per side for thawed, and 12-14
minutes per side for frozen. Let meat sit
under the dome for 5 minutes.
