8.2 Menu Configuration
In order for the user to be able to control the cameras the protocol and transmission parameters
according the ones selected in the camera.
To do this go to
Camera Setup / Pan/Tilt Model
In the
Select Model
field choose the
Novus-C
protocol.
In the
Baud Rate
field select exactly the same baud rate as the one selected in the cameras (9600 bps in
the example).
In the
Select Terminal
field you choose the port to which camera control cords are connected, that is
RS-485
Next go to
Camera Setup
submenu
and input the right settings concerning the camera whose number is being displayed on the bottom of
the window.
