BACKUP
6.3 Recordings Backup onto External Disk via USB Port
It is possible to backup recordings onto an external HDD connected via USB port. Backup files can be
played back on the multiplexer or a computer by means of
N-Viewer 3000
software.
Notices:
1. Recording is still active during copying.
2. Live Monitoring via computer network is possible but the refresh rate goes down.
3. Web monitoring is not possible during copying.
In order to backup recordings onto an external HDD connected via USB port go to
System Setup/ HDD
Backup
.
The same menu as described in chapter 6.2 appears on the screen. Select the range of the
material you want to backup (or use indexed range) and press
USB Backup.
6.4 Recordings Backup onto Portable Flash Memory Connected via USB Port
It is possible to backup recordings onto an external flash memory via USB port. Backup files can be
played back on the multiplexer or a computer by means of
N-Viewer 3000
software.
Notices:
