Position the toothed belt profile stop in a way that it keeps the drive head at a distance of
approx. 5 cm in the end position OPEN.
Fitting the rear toothed belt fastening

Feed the toothed belt through the corner connection bracket and keep it taut.

Put the sleeve halves around the toothed belt as shown.

Attach the knurled nut and tighten it by hand to tension the toothed belt. Pay attention not to
twist the toothed belt.

If the toothed belt protrudes, it can be shortened.
Inserting the upper track roller

Remove the extension ring of the track roller.

Insert the track roller into the rail, adjust it as shown, and screw it down.
Fastening the door bracket

Place the door bracket on the designated holes in the upper door leaf section and screw it down
with 3 metal screws 6.3 x 16.

Inserting the lever arm

Place the lever arm on the bolt of the motor head and secure the lever arm with a clip.

Hold the other side of the lever arm between the door bracket and select the hole setting
(VL setting only if manufactured before 2006). Push the bolt through the door bracket and the
lever arm and secure it with a clip.
Sliding block

Place the sliding block on the rail profile, push it into the rear opening on the motor head and
fasten it with a screw 4.2 x 13.
Connecting the coiled cable

At the rear of the control unit there is a cable terminal provided for the two individual wires.
Insert the red wire into the terminal on the left side (1) and the green wire on the right side (2).

Insert the plug (3) into the designated socket and allow it to engage.

Then guide the cable through the labyrinth and fix it with a cable clip.

Use another cable clip to fix the power cable of the control unit.
Fastening the control unit

To mount the control unit to the side wall, mark the position of the first plug hole at a distance of
approx. 1 m from the door and 1.50 m from the floor. Drill a hole with a rock drill (Ø 6 mm),
insert the wall plug and screw in the screw, but not fully.

Place the control unit with the key hole on the protruding screw head.

Align the unit and mark the other mounting holes.
Drill the holes, insert the wall plugs and fasten the unit with screws 4.2 x 32.
Wall clamp

Hold the coiled cable up vertically. The maximum extension of the horizontally routed cable
must not exceed three times the original length. Attach the wall clamp at the bend. Hold the
clamp against the wall and mark its position. Drill the hole, insert the wall plug and fasten the
unit with a screw 4.2 x 45.
