Remove the cover of H1 terminal board. (Two M3 screws)
Install the new H1 heater. (Two M4 screws, tightening along with solderless terminal of lead
wire) Pay attention that the heater does not touch to the case. (White insulation plate is OK.)
The heater must be spread uniformly. If there is a gap between the heater and the case, twist
the solderless terminal of the heater with a long-nose plier so that the gap becomes minimum.
Put the sample heating tube back.
As mentioned later, it is not necessary to tighten the 6mm dia. Teflon joint at this time as the
inside temperature adjustment is needed when the H1 heater is replaced.
If the sample heating tube cannot go into the H1 heater smoothly, remove the heater once.
Then try again after rotating the heater line one turn CCW to reduce the number of turn. It
will solve the problem.
