Recovery procedure for the MA-3000 sample changer error
When an error takes place, if the recovery procedure is mistaken, the sample changer will
be damaged seriously. Caution is needed. Carry out the adjustment or repair after removal
of foreign material referring to the procedure shown below.

BC MOTOR-X TIME OUT ERROR
The movement of the horizontal shaft motor
was not completed.
Turn OFF the power and open the front
cover and check.
An error has occurred when the home position sensor of
the horizontal shaft moved.
Turn OFF the power and open the front cover to check it.
If the system cannot be recovered, contact our service.

BC MOTOR-Y TIME OUT ERROR
The vertical motor stepped out.
An error has occurred when the home position sensor of
the vertical shaft moved.
Turn OFF the power and open the front cover to grease
the linear guide and the trapezoidal screw thread.
If the system cannot be recovered, contact our service.

BC MOTOR-Z TIME OUT ERROR
The movement of the inlet shaft motor was
not completed.
An error has occurred when the home position sensor of
the inlet shat moved.
Turn OFF the power and open the front cover to grease the
linear guide and the trapezoidal screw thread.
If the system cannot be recovered, contact our service.

BC LIFT TIME OUT ERROR
The movement of the lift motor was
not completed.
An error occurred when the lift went up/down.
Turn OFF the power, open the front door, and adjust
the sample changer with BC ADJUST.
If the system cannot be recovered, contact our service.

NO TRAY!!
Failed in transfer of a tray from the tray rack.
Turn OFF the power and open the front
cover and check.
Open the front cover to check. If a tray is not placed on
the arm correctly due to displacement of the
sample changer, adjust the sample changer.
If the system cannot be recovered, contact our service.

BC MOTOR-Z ERROR!!
The movement of the inlet shaft motor was
not completed.
The error message is displayed when stepping out of
the motor is detected.
Contact our service.

THE RETURNING OF TRAY FAILED!!
A tray could not be loaded on to a rack.
Turn OFF the power and open the front
cover to check.
A tray may be stopped on the way. Turn OFF the power,
open the front cover and remove the tray. If the
error repeats, adjust the sample changer.
