(1) Note the error message indicated on the PC. Carry out following checks in case of
MOTOR ERROR.
Error message is saved in ERRORLOG.txt in the folder designated by the
environment setting.
(2) Turn the power OFF. Remove the top cover panel of the MA-3000 and open the front
cover panel.
Trouble example: The horizontal axis (X-axis) slipped out of the position, then the
lift pushed up the tray accidentally when lifted up, and Z-axis hit the tray and stopped.
(3) Remove them if the board or the tray on the arm can be removed.
In the above case, remove the board only as the tray is caught.
(4) Turn the power of MA-3000 ON while the front cover is open. Following message will
be indicated.
(5) Instrument initialization will be started when OK is clicked. At this time, when the
mechanism moved a little bit, remove the board or the tray if there after turning power
of the MA-3000 OFF and the mechanism stopped.
(6) Confirm the initialization is completed and the buzzer sounds.
(7) Software is made READY by selecting [RUN]
→
[RESET] from MA-3Win menu bar.
