Confirm that there is a gap of 1.5mm or so between the front of the lift and the
Boat handling poker. If it is out of the range, execute “Adjustment of the plate
for setting the Z-axis sensor position” mentioned later.

Click of BC-ADJUST to put back the step, and click > while the boat is set to
proceed with the step.
Verify that the Boat handling poker does not touch to the lift and the boat sits
on the pole to a nicety.

Confirm that the transportation of
the boat can be made without any
trouble for each case of that the
boat sits this side in the tray and the
machine side.

If the boat does not sit exactly, execute “Adjustment of the plate for setting the
Z-axis sensor position”.

Click << to put back the step if everything all right, and terminate by clicking EXIT.

Loosen the screw fixing the plate for setting the position, and move the plate
back and forth a little bit.
Move the plate to this side in case that the
Boat handling poker touches to the lift,
and to the machine side in case that the
boat does not come on to the Boat
handling poker.
