Checking behind collection tube
Carry out [RUN] - [Leak check] on the software screen.
Disconnect the T-joint (cross joint in the case an instrument equipped with the option) as
shown below:
* In the case of cross joint
When the option unit is connected, the cross joint shown below is used for connection.
Because even when the collection tube is normal there may a leak in another part, connect
the parts indicated by each of the three arrows shown below using a 4 mm dia. tube to
make a bypass, and make sure whether there is a leak or not.

Checking Behind Optical System
Disconnect the L-joint on the outlet side of the 1 mm cell, and close it with your hand.
