Replacement procedure for H2 heater
(1) Preparation of tools/parts
(2) Parts dismounting
Pull the cord out of the wall. Do not start working when the temperature is high.
(Start working after 2 hours from turning the power OFF when the temperature is high.)
i.
Remove the top cover panel and open the front cover.
ii.
Dismount the sample heating tube and the mercury collection tube.
iii.
Remove wiring of the H2 heater.
iv.
Extract the connectors from the heater board.
Version I type
Remove the cover.
v.
Next, remove 6pcs of the screw (M4 sems 3P x 8) which is fixing H2 heater unit.
