As the terminals are fixed with screws, heater position will move when tightened. Tighten the
screws securely while fixing the position of the terminal with use of a long-nose plier, etc.
Put the sample heating tube back.
Verify that the H3 heater temperature goes up to 200
℃
.
Executing the purge measurement, verify that the heater temperature goes up to 600degC
or higher during the measurement. Confirm the H3 heater temperature goes down to
200degC after completion of the measurement. Execute the leak check after putting all tubes
back.
Push the heater-coil with a long-nose plier to
cover the collection tube as much as possible.
Rewind the heater-coil, if it is warped or out
of the place.
Adjust the mounting position of the
collection tube so that the end of the
quartz wool is in this position.
Width of the heater is adjusted
to be same to the length of the
wind tunnel
