7.1.16 Rotation ASSY (40274-5200)
Replacement part: 40274-5200
1 . Open the front cover ASSY (40274-1100) (see 6.1 [p93]) .
2 . Remove the following panels.
1 ) Exterior Panel ASSY (40274-1200) (See 6.4 [p95].)
2 ) Top Panel (40274-M144) (See 6.6 [p96].)
3 . Remove the lens clamp (40251-3200) (see 7.1.26 [p124]) .
4 . Disconnect the following connectors.
1 ) CN2 of closed loop motor driver MD05 (40274-E019)
2 ) P620 (J20) of the I/O board (40274-BA06)
5 . Unscrew SB4 × 18 (n = 4) to replace the
rotation ASSY (40274-5200).
6 . Reassemble the parts in the reverse order.
7 . Perform the following.
1 ) Upper/Lower Shaft Position Adjust-
ment (See 8.6 [p178].)
7.1.17 Lens measuring ASSY (40274-6000)
Replacement part: 40274-6000
1 . Remove the rear panel (40274-M141) (see 6.4 [p95]) .
2 . Disconnect the following connectors.
1 ) P301 (J1) of the LMU board (40271-BA03)
2 ) CN2 of closed loop motor driver MD08 (40274-E019)
3 . Unscrew SB6 × 40 (n = 4) to replace the
lens measuring ASSY (40274-6000).
4 . Reassemble the parts in the reverse order.
5 . Perform the following.
1 ) LMU calibration (See 8.12.2 [p190].)
2 ) Backing up the EEPROM data (See
8.19.1 [p284].)
Caution
Be sure to attach the rotation
ASSY (40274-5200) with the
ASSY moved to the left as
much as possible.
