Processing data is beyond the standard value during the calculation or shape data has dis-
continuous points.
Check the shape data.
5.2.28 Error 302 (EEPROM checksum error)
Replace the main board (44501-BA01) (see 7.3.1 [p135]) .
5.2.29 Error 304 (EEPROM data error)
Because the EEPROM data is not for the SE-9090 Supra, change it to the one for the SE-
9090 Supra by the procedure of program upgrade
(see 8.20.1 [p286]) .
Is a thick lens measured?
Yes
Replace the lens.

Is any foreign matter adhered to the sensor area of
the sensor ASSY (40273-CA35) for LMU.F.ORG?
Yes
Remove the foreign matter.
No
When the feelers are closed with the LMU Close
button on the hardware test screen, does “LMU
Rear” on the screen turn white
(see 8.1.2.2
[p170]) ?
No
Replace the sensor ASSY (40273-CA35) for
LMU.F.ORG.
Yes
Perform the procedure as in “5.2.21.1 Encoder
value for front feeler does not change” (p36).
