2004 Grooving motor error
• Check for breakage or poor connection of the
grooving motor cables.
• Replace the grooving ASSY.

• Change the layout (active mode

passive mode).
• Change the lens cup (pliable cup → mini cup).
10002 Emergency button is pressed.
• Release the emergency stop button and restart the
instrument.
10003 Too thin lens
• Reduce the groove width.
• Replace the lens to one with a thick edge.

Any AR motor settings are
incorrect. The correct settings are
loaded.
• Restart the instrument.
10007 No right-lens data
• The data is for left eye. A lens for right eye cannot
be proccesed.
10008 No left-lens data
• The data is for right eye. A lens for left eye cannot
be proccesed.
10010 Too thick lens
• (PLB-8 high base curve beveling only) The lens edge
is too thick and extends off the wheel making lens
processing not possible.

• Activate passive mode. (If the error occurs even in
passive mode, processing is not possible.

position. Check it on the bevel simulation.
