7.2 Cable ASSYs

7.2.1

Cable ASSY

(40274-CA12)

Replacement part: 40274-CA12

1 . Open the front cover ASSY (40274-1100)

(see 6.1 [p93])

2 . Remove the main board (44501-BA01)

(see 7.3.1 [p135])

3 . Release the cable ASSY (40274-CA12) from the cable clamps (five positions) attached to

the display ASSY (40274-1110).

4 . Unscrew CK2 × 6 (n = 2) and 3PW2 (n =

2) to remove SW2 along with the spacer
(40274-M815) from the cable ASSY
(40274-CA12).

5 . Unscrew CK2 × 6 (n = 2) and 3PW2 (n =

2) to remove SW1 along with the spacer
(40274-M815) from the cable ASSY
(40274-CA12).815).

6 . Unscrew CK2 × 10 (n = 4) and 3PW2 (n =

4), remove the spacers (40274-M815 [n =
2]), and replace the cable ASSY (40274-
CA12).

7 . Reassemble the parts in the reverse order.

8 . Adjust the position of the motorized cover

sensor

(see 8.7 [p179])

Secure the cable ASSY
(40274-CA12) with the cable
clamps (five positions) so that
the ASSY is not slack.
