8.14.12.2 Step bevel position adjustment
1 . Display the menu screen
2 . Press [Groove setting/adjustment] on the
menu screen.
3 . Adjust the step bevel position by the proce-
dure below.
1 ) Select the Adj. tab and press the
Step bevel position adjustment field.
2 ) To increase the step width, decrease
the parameter value.
3 ) To decrease the step width, increase
the parameter value.
4 ) Enter the value with the numeric keypad, then press the Enter key
.
5 ) Press [Exit] to return to the layout screen.
4 . Check the step beveled edge
5 . Repeat adjustment so that the step width is 2.0 ±0.15 mm.
6 . After adjustment, perform the following.
1 ) Backing up the EEPROM data
Caution Only PLB-8S is applicable.
For example: To
decrease the step width
by 0.2 mm, increase the
set value by 0.2.
