Description

Loads the setting.
There are 10 pairs of the setting memories.
If the setting memory that is not saved is loaded, an error occurs.

Description

Initializes the setting.
Sets each setting to the initial value. For the initial values, see the instruction manual of
the main unit.
Cancels the previous received OPC/?OPC command.
The event status register is not cleared.
Also, the setting status set by the following command changes.
