If omitted, the equipment interprets the command as if that optional keyword is received.

(D) Channel specification
In the case of a 2-channel equipment, many commands allow you to specify the channel by using an optional
numeric keyword suffix.
For example,

means commands for channel 1 and 2 as follows:

If no channel number is specified, [1] is considered to be omitted, and the command is interpreted as the
