3. Click Verify Settings File to validate the
settings.dat
file.
Note If you wish to see more detail, check the Advanced debugging mode check box before clicking
Verify Settings File .
A Settings File Processing Report is displayed. Errors are shown in red text.

4. If there are errors, fix them in the
settings.dat
file and repeat steps 1–3.
5. Click Upload and Install Settings . The
settings.dat
file is automatically installed, although some
settings will only take effect after a system restart (see Reboot System on page 194).
