8.6/2 CHECKING AND REPLACING THE
ELASTIC JOINT OF THE HYDRAULIC
PUMP
Per controllare lo stato del giunto parastrappi della pompa
idraulica, smontare il carter superiore della pompa (F), muovere
il giunto parastrappi (Y) manualmente e controllare che non
abbia gioco. Se fosse necessario sostituirlo, allentare il grano
(G), svitare i dadi (D) e smontare il supporto pompa (P) con la
pompa attaccata. Estrarre i semi-giunti e sostituirli. Rimontare
il tutto. 8 ⁄ 16
To check the condition of the elastic joint of the hydraulic
pump, remove the pump upper casing (F), move the elastic
joint (Y) manually and check that it has no play. If replacing it
is necessary, loosen the dowel (G), unscrew the nuts (D) and
remove the pump support (P) with the pump attached. Extract
the half-joints and replace them. Reassemble everything.

8.6/3 CHECKING THE HEIGHT OF THE FEEDING
ROLLER
Ogni 6 mesi si consiglia di controllare, guardando nella parte
interna della tramoggia di carico, che vi siano almeno 5 mm di
spazio tra il rullo di trascinamento e il fondo della tramoggia.
Se fosse necessario regolare l’altezza del rullo, togliere il carter
superiore della pompa (C) ed agire sul registro (A). 8 ⁄ 17
Every 6 months it is recommended to look inside the feeding
hopper and check that there is at least 5 mm space between
the feeding roller and the hopper bottom.
If adjusting the height of the roller is necessary, remove the
pump upper casing (C) and screw/unscrew the adjusting screw
(A).

HYDRODYNAMIC JOINT
Se fosse necessario smontare il giunto idrodinamico, svitare
e togliere la vite 3/8’’ (V) che blocca il giunto sull’albero
motore. Successivamente, avvitare una vite M14 x 150 (non
in dotazione) sul foro filettato centrale del giunto ed estrarre
il giunto dall’albero. Rimontarlo, utilizzando la vite 3/8’’ (V) e
avvitare con una coppia di serraggio di 45 Nm. 8 ⁄ 18
If removing the hydrodynamic joint is necessary, unscrew and
remove the screw 3/8’’ (V) that blocks the joint on the engine
shaft. Then, screw a screw M14 x 150 (not supplied) on the
central threaded hole of the joint and extract the joint from
the shaft. Reassamble the joint, using the screw 3/8’’ (V) and
screw with a tightening torque of 45 Nm. 8 ⁄ 18
