CAUTION
Electrostatic discharge can damage computer
components. Discharge static electricity by
touching a metal object before removing the
system access cover.

If the system is a minitower, place the system on its right
side.
4.
Loosen the thumb screw at the rear of the system by
turning it counterclockwise. If you installed a lock on the
back of the system, unlock the lock and remove it.
Press the right release tab. While pressing the tab, push
down and back on the right rear of the cover. The cover
slides back about a half inch.
Press the left release tab. While pressing the tab, push
down and back on the left rear of the cover. The cover
slides back about a half inch.
