On the Microsoft Internet Explorer Setup window, click “OK” to install.

Type in your name and organization and click “OK”. If the information is
correct, then click “OK” again.
7.
You are asked if you want the files installed under directory “C:\IEXPLORER.”
Click “OK.”
8.
Make sure the “Microsoft Internet Explorer” is marked On and click on
“Continue.”
9.
Accept the “Microsoft Internet Explorer” group and click on “Continue.”
10.
Microsoft Internet Explorer is now installed. Click “OK.”
McAfee’s Virus Scan for Windows NT
Follow this procedure to install the McAfee’s Virus Scan.
1.
Log in as administrator and use the Windows NT password to continue with the
installation.
2.
Insert the McAfee Virus Scan diskette into drive A:.
3.
From Program Manager, select “File,” then “Run.”
4.
Type
A:\SETUP.EXE
and click “OK.”
5.
At the Welcome screen, click on “NEXT.”
6.
At the Installer Rights screen, click on “NEXT.”
7.
For the Destination Location, accept the directory
C:\WIN32APP\VirusScanNT
and click on “NEXT.”
8.
Accept the group “McAfee Virus Scan NT” and click on “NEXT.”
9.
At the Start File Copy screen click on “NEXT.”
10.
For the Service Account screen, select “NEXT” to scan network drives.
11.
Enter in your User name, Password, and confirmation Password, then click on
“NEXT”.
12.
At the Start Service screen, click on “Yes.”
13.
When the program asks you if you want to view “WHATSNEW.TXT” click on
“Yes,” and carefully read the file.
