8.7.3.4 Setting synchronization interval

You can use this parameter to set the interval at which the device is to call
up the time from the time server.

To set the synchronization interval, proceed as follows:

1. Go to

Settings > Parameters > Time synchronization > Synchroniza-

tion interval

2. Enter synchronization interval.

3. Press the

Accept

button to save the modified parameter.

8.7.3.5 Setting the date and time manually

You can use the Time parameter to set the date and time. To do so, proceed
as follows:

1. Go to

Settings > Parameters > Time synchronization > Time

2. Enter the date and time.

3. Press the

Accept

button to save the modified parameter.

8.7.4 Configuring syslog

The device supports the transmission of log messages via the syslog proto-
col in accordance with the standards RFC 5424 and RFC 3164.
