Press the START key (BUTTON 14) to begin the activity. The speed can be changed at any time
by pressing (+/- BUTTON 15 and 17) speed and incline shortcuts. Press the Pause button to
pause the activity, Restart to resume, and End to terminate the program.
PROGRAM 9 - CUSTOMIZED
Select program P9 by pressing the P9 icon. This program mode allows the user to make a
workout profile in relation to speed and incline, making it possible achieve varied goals in
their training.
To configure this program, proceed as follows:
The electronic module of your treadmill has 10 pairs of intensity columns that can be
programmed according to the profile and training objectives of each user.
Adjust the Speed of the first column which is the interval 1, set a speed between 0.5km/h and
18km/h. Use the slider adjustment button.
Then set the incline of the first column to interval 1, define the incline between -2% and 18%.
Use the slider adjustment button.
Repeat this procedure for the remaining columns. In each of the 10 pairs of columns, the user
can enter any speed and incline value (0.5 km/h to 18 km/h or 25 km/h and incline from -2%
to 18%).
Set the desired total time by choosing between 03:00 minutes and 60:00 minutes using the
+ / - buttons. The total programmed time will be divided by 10 (total number of columns).
For if an 8-minute time is set, each column will have a duration of 48 seconds (8 x 60 = 480
seconds => 480 / 10 = 48 seconds).
