1 - QUICK START
Using the "Quick Start" button, you can start the treadmill quickly with just a few touches.
Clicking this button will display the exercise screen, where the user can already start training.
2 - PROGRAMS
The programs menu allows the user to choose the program to be performed by the treadmill.
3 -AROUND THE WORLD
In the Around the World program, the user can choose several pre-recorded courses to follow.
These are routes recorded from various cities around the world, which simulate the real incline
in each location. The treadmill will stop automatically after the total distance of the route has
been traveled.
4 - CUSTOM
This program mode allows the user to create a training profile in relation to speed and incline,
enabling the achievement of various objectives.
5 - CARDIO
PROGRAM SHORTCUTS - Moderate burn, Vigorous burn and Custom burn. They allow the
user to perform training based on the range of their heartbeat with the help of the treadmill
incline system.
6 - SHOCK ABSORBER CONTROL
The SAC (Shock Absorber Control) control button allows the user to choose the type of
absorption on the floor, including the hard, ideal or soft options. As a result, the shock
absorption is automatically modified according to the selected floor type. The user's weight
must be entered for better performance of the shock absorption system.
