TRAINING BENEFIT
Training Benefit helps you better understand the effectiveness of your training. After each
training session, it provides textual information about your performance as long as you have
trained at least 12 minutes in the sports zones. Feedback is based on the distribution of
training time in different sport zones, calorie expenditure and duration. To reach the Polar
index, train for a minimum of 12 minutes and/or run 6km /h using a polar strap. This
information is displayed in the training report. Descriptions of the different training benefit
options are listed below.
