ADJUSTING THE RUNNING BELT
The treadmill belt comes pre-adjusted from the factory. In case of misalignment, follow the
steps below.
TENSIONING
Walk on the treadmill at slow speed (5 km/h) and, holding the
handrails, try to make it stop. If you can stop it, turn the two
adjustment screws half-way clockwise, and try to stop the running
belt again.
Repeat the operation until the belt does not stop, that is, until it
does not skid on the drive roller anymore.
ALIGNMENT
For the rear roller to be parallel to the front, follow the procedure
below:
•
With the treadmill moving at approximately 5 km/h, check if the
running belt is centered. If it is shifted to the right, turn the right
screw 90° (one quarter turn) clockwise and the left screw 90°
counterclockwise.
•
For each intervention, only perform a quarter turn as this
operation is performed with small rear axle displacement angles.
•
Wait a few minutes with the belt moving so that the fibers of the
running belt fabric settle and then repeat the operation until the
belt is centered.
If the running belt is offset to the left, the left screw should be
turned clockwise (90°) and the right screw should be rotated
counterclockwise (90°). Repeat the procedure if necessary.

CAUTION!
Excessive stretching of the material may cause the join to split.
If the running belt is completely loosened, it is necessary to wait 2 hours at rest
before re-tensioning it, allowing the running belt returns to its original size.
