Enter the number of sets desired in the activity using the slider or + / - button. A series is a set of
two intervals, the first interval at speed 1 and the second at speed 2.
In the Total Time field, the duration of training will be shown according to the amount of series (s)
x time 1 (t) plus time 2 (t2).
e.g. s x (t + t2) = Total training time.
e.g. 4s x (0:30t + 1:30t2) = 6:00 minutes total time.
Press the OK button to confirm the number of series.
Press the START key to begin the activity. The speed and or incline can be changed at any time by
pressing (+/- BUTTON 15 and 17) speed, BUTTON 11 and 13) incline, speed and incline ( /

shortcuts. Press the Pause button to pause the activity, Restart to resume, and End to terminate the
program.
