Never make modifications to the equipment without the manufacturer's
permission. Modifications or the addition of accessories that is not authorized
may result in the loss of the warranty in addition to causing serious or fatal injuries
to the user.
•
Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the equipment, the weight limit of the
treadmill is 180kg.
•
Before starting any kind of physical activity, consult a physician.
•
Incorrect or excessive exercise can cause serious injury. If you experience any pain,
dizziness, fainting, or shortness of breath, stop exercising immediately and see a
physician.
•
Do not use the equipment if you are ill or on the effect of drugs, alcohol or any
substance that affects your psychomotor ability.
•
Do not use the equipment barefoot or use it whilst in heels or if your footwear is
worn out. Make sure there are no stones stuck to your footwear.
•
Do not wear loose clothing and avoid the use of jewelry, chains, leaving your hair
out or the use of other similar objects. Use clothing that has been specifically
made for physical exercise.
•
Do not allow children, elderly people or animals to go near the equipment as this
could lead to a serious or fatal accident.
•
Never stand on the front of the treadmill or rear of the treadmill, even when the
treadmill is off, on, or tilted in order to prevent any accidents.
•
Never get off the treadmill from the back with the running belt moving. Use the
side of the equipment to support the feet and gradually reduce the speed until the
running belt comes to a standstill. Never leave the treadmill with the deck in a
tilted position. To start the exercise, carry out the reverse process. Support your
feet on the side of the treadmill, turn on the equipment, and then start walking on
the running belt by leaning on the handrail.
