7 Power

Supply

7.1 Connection

Terminals

There are two ways to feed the ETC. Either you connect the clock to mains power (ETC
14/24: 90 – 240 VAC, ETC 12: 230 VAC +/- 10%, 50/60 Hz) or to an external power
supply (24 VDC, 30 VA). See also annexe A.

Caution:

The ETC was designed for Protection class I. This requires a proper earth
connection, if the ETC is mains powered. Otherwise the ETC or the external
