Example:
A telegram of the format IF 482 (length: 17 characters) shall be valid at the end of the
transmission. The communication parameter are: 9600 Bit/s, 7 data bit, 1 stop bit, even
parity.
Send offset [ms] = 17 x 1.04 ms = 17.68 ms
(The calculated value will be rounded to +20 ms, i.e. the telegram will be sent in advance
at millisecond 980).
If the telegram shall be valid at the beginning of the transmission, the send offset has to
be set to 0.
Attention:
The transmission time of the telegram has to be shorter than one second,
otherwise the content of the telegram can be invalid. In this case select a
higher baudrate.
13.2.7 Period
With this parameter the send period of the serial telegrams can be selected between
every second (sec.) and every minute (min.).
