Active Workout programs
The Active Workout programs require your active
cooperation and are a convenient way of exercis‐
ing your abdomen and back muscles during a
traffic jam, for example, by tensing and releasing
the specific muscle groups. Tensing and releas‐
ing also helps to improve blood flow in your mus‐
cles. Press against a pressure point as soon as
you feel it.
