3) SOLO switch
When the SOLO switch is depressed, you can listen/pre-listen to the AUX SEND channel via headphones and
visually monitor it via the level display. The signal is also sent to the CONTROL ROOM sockets. For this, see
“LED Level Displays and MONITORING Section”
4) AUX SEND 1 socket
The total AUX 1 bus signal is present at the MIC AUX SEND 1 socket. The socket is intended
for connecting a monitor system or effect device.
The AUX SEND 1 signal is usually returned to the mixer through the STEREO
AUX RETURN 1 socket. If the AUX SEND 1 signal is to be returned by a mono
or stereo channel, the AUX SEND 1 channel control must be at the left stop to
prevent feedback.
5) AUX SEND 2 (FX) socket
The total AUX 2 bus signal is present at the MIC AUX SEND 2 (FX) socket. The socket is intended for connecting
an effect device.
The AUX SEND 2 signal is usually returned to the mixer through the STEREO AUX RETURN 2
socket. If the AUX SEND 2 signal is to be returned by a mono or stereo channel, the AUX 2
(FX) channel control must be at the left stop to prevent feedback.
STEREO AUX RETURNS
1) STEREO AUX RETURN 1 socket
The STEREO AUX RETURN 1 sockets are mainly used for returning a processed AUX
SEND 1 signal (e.g. via an effect device). The STEREO AUX RETURN 1 sockets can also
be used as an additional stereo input. If you want to use the input as a mono channel, only
use the L (MONO) socket. The channel is now working as a mono channel.
2) STEREO AUX RETURN 2 (FX) socket
The STEREO AUX RETURN 2 (FX) sockets are mainly used for returning a processed
AUX SEND 2 signal (e.g. via a delay device). The STEREO AUX RETURN 2 sockets can
also be used as an additional stereo input. If you want to use the input as a mono channel,
only use the L (MONO) socket. The channel is now working as a mono channel.
If the STEREO AUX RETURN 2 sockets are used, the internal digital effect processor (DSP) is
deactivated.
