Torque Limit (Open Loop Vector Only)
IMPULSE•G+ Mini dynamically controls the torque output of the motor at all times when the
control method is set to Open Loop Vector (A01.02 = 02). The Torque Limit Function limits the
amount of motor torque on all four quadrants of vector control operation:

Forward Motoring
•
Reverse Motoring
•
Forward Regenerating
•
Reverse Regenerating
When the torque limits are reached during operation, the programmed acceleration and deceleration
times become second priority.
Brake Answerback
The following timers are used when a multi-function input (H01.01–H01.07) is set for 58, brake
answerback.
